Warrandale was appointed by Hume City Council to construct the street style plaza featuring ramps, rails and extensive granite ledges and banks, perfect for skaters and scooters. This park includes over 1400m2 of skateable surfaces, steps, ledges, rails, boxes and sections of all ability whilst also offering space for beginners.

As part of the overall $6.8m contract for the entire reserve, Warrandale constructed earthwork formation inclduing supply, placement and compaction of site won clay, acheiving compaction results of more than 100 CBR in readiness for the 150mm crushed rock base layers followed by bitumen primer and 50mm wearing course bitumen to form the 600m2 ride zone. Our uniquely fabricated machine attachments make prompt and precise base preparation of banks, berms and manuals to ensure consistent ride flow and transition.
