OFFICER DISTRICT PARK

Cardinia Shire Council's ambitious Stage 1 Development marks the beginning of a proposed 10-hectare activity activity zone. Warrandale was selected to deliver this $7.5 million stage, drawing on our extensive civil and landscape construction experience.

Set ona challenging hillside, the project involved over 110,000m3 of excavation and off-site export through established residential estates, along with 30,000m3 of level 1 filling and compaction to form the stage 1-3 car park zones. More than one kilometre of running loops and compliant accessible footpaths now connect the car parks and arrival areas to expansive dog parks and play zones across the reserve including the 22 metre long embankment slides.
